Basic is $20 a month and Elite is $40 a month. Memberships are paid annually: $240 for Basic, $480 for Elite.
Members go to the front of the schedule. Basic members get service within 24 hours. Elite members get same-day service when they contact us before 6pm.
You get a semi-annual HVAC tune-up, one before heating season and one before cooling season. It is $99 for Basic members and $0 for Elite. New filters and parts are not included, and oil and boiler units are tuned at a reduced rate.
Yes. Basic members save $250 and Elite members save $500 on new equipment and replacements.
Geothermal units are excluded from the Loyalty Program.
