We had a kitchen sink drain that was clogged that we couldn’t get open ourselves.   Called 717 plumbing, they responded quickly, and showed up in a timely manner.  Once Justin arrived and looked over the situation he was quick to get to work.  With in no time he had cleaned and unclogged the drain pipe of 50 years of build up.  Our sink flows like new again.   Justin was very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous.  Price was great and service was top notch.  Thanks 717 plumbing, we could not have done it with you. I had a great experience working with Matt on my HVAC issue. After noticing that my unit wasn’t cooling properly, I first contacted a large HVAC company. They gave me a long list of supposed problems and insisted I needed a whole new system. It didn’t sit right with me, so I reached out to Matt for a second opinion. Matt was incredibly down-to-earth and approachable. He inspected everything thoroughly and quickly found the real issue—just a simple fix. He explained everything clearly and took care of the repair without any hassle. No pressure, no gimmicks—just honest work done right. JT and his brother Matt assisted us with our sink drain in our kitchen. JT  ran a diagnostic and attempted to exhaust all efforts before coming to the conclusion the drain pipe needed replaced as it was completely clogged and the original from the 1970s. Jt did an excellent job reconstructing and upgrading the kitchen sinks P-trap and upgraded the drainage system. JT and Matt were very knowledgeable and took the time to assure all questions were answered appropriately . These two do it the right way, make sure it’s up to code and are reasonably priced. Justin and Matt at 717 Plumbing and Heating are fantastic! Had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Justin was able to come out Sunday morning and replace a valve. No extra charge for Sunday service. He even had to go out and buy a part and still got me on my way in an expeditious manner. Fair pricing. Couldn’t recommend enough! Matt and JT with 717 Plumbing and Heating helped us out tonight with an emergency fridge related water leak. We were in panick mode scrambling to turn off the main water to stop the issue. When we called around for help 717 was quick to answer the phone and was readily available. JT arrived to our house within around 30 minutes of the initial call, and this was 7pm on a Friday. He quickly found a couple of issues, resolving the first issue on the spot. The second issue required a part which he ran to the store to get, quickly resolving that problem after returning. We were back up and running within 90 minutes or less. We are very thankful for the quick work and also the availability of 717 Plumbing and Heating. We had a leaky bathtub faucet and needed to replace fixtures.  We called several "company" plumbers who insisted on charging just to look but who refused to share anything about how much plumbers charge per hour.  That's a warning sign! 717 asked us to send pictures of needed repairs.  They gave us a free estimate.  Not only were they responsive and professional, they were very fair in pricing. I had my AC go out on Sunday night unfortunately. Of course it becomes super hot this entire week. I tried to fix it on my own and hope my landlord would take care of this quickly. As usual, that did not happen. I couldn’t relax and I couldn’t sleep it was so hot. Even my dogs were non stop panting and uncomfortable. I started calling many local places trying to get someone to come out asap. Mainly due to me renting I needed my landlord to handle it. Even went to Home Depot to use their service. Thankfully I found 717’s number on Facebook and called. Matt answered right away and came out later that evening on a Tuesday and very quickly fixed my issue and had is cooling off immediately!! He even went the extra mile and helped me put in a new filter I was having trouble with. I am beyond grateful for Matt and the people at 717 Plumbing & Heating, they saved myself and my dogs!!!!! I highly recommend them if you ever happen to have an AC/Heat or plumbing issue. Thank you Matt! P.S. The service that Home Depot uses didnt hey in touch with me until Thursday! They took over 2 days, Matt and 717 only took 2 hours to save us!!! He also checked out a serious leak I had in my basement. I will be going back to them to fix it for sure!
